2. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales of products made by Maison NLV through the lanvera.fr website. By placing an order on the site, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products

The jewelry offered for sale consists of handcrafted vermeil pieces made by skilled artisans. Each creation is unique by nature: slight variations in shape, finish, or hue are inherent to the artisanal process and do not constitute a defect.

Maison NLV strives to describe its products as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting conditions or screen settings.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included), in accordance with French regulations.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately during the checkout process.

Maison NLV reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, and completes the order form with delivery and payment details.

An order confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer once payment is validated. This email summarizes the products ordered, the total amount, and the delivery address.

Maison NLV reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (product unavailability, obvious pricing error, suspected fraud).

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely through the Stripe platform. Maison NLV accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. No order is processed prior to receipt of full payment.

Customer banking data is encrypted and secured by Stripe. Maison NLV does not have access to customer card details.

7. Delivery

Maison NLV delivers within mainland France and internationally. Delivery times and costs are indicated during the checkout process.

Shipments are sent via Colissimo (France) and DHL (international). A tracking number is provided to the customer by email upon dispatch.

Estimated delivery times: 3 to 5 business days for France, 5 to 10 business days for international orders.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon effective delivery to the address specified in the order.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing a reason or incurring any penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Maison NLV of their decision by email at hello@lanvera.fr before the deadline expires.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, in their original intact packaging, with all accessories and documents included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

9. Legal Warranties

In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, Maison NLV is bound by the statutory warranty of conformity. If a non-conformity is found within 2 years of delivery, the customer may request replacement or refund of the product.

Maison NLV is also bound by the warranty against latent defects in accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the lanvera.fr website (photographs, text, visuals, brand name, logo, design) is the exclusive property of Maison NLV and is protected under French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, or use, even partial, without prior written authorization from Maison NLV is strictly prohibited.

12. Personal Data

Maison NLV collects and processes customers' personal data for the purposes of order management and customer relationship, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms & Conditions.

14. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Maison NLV reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms & Conditions are those in effect at the time the order is placed. Customers are advised to review this page regularly.
